This 4-room resale unit was reconfigured to maximise spatial flow and natural light. All internal walls between the living room, kitchen, and the original common bedroom were hacked to create an open, continuous layout.

This intervention not only expanded the visual volume of the home but also improved cross-ventilation and allowed the Straits of Keppel view to become a prominent architectural feature.

A muted palette of warm woods, soft grey surfaces, and clean-lined detailing grounds the home in a calm, understated aesthetic. The design is supported by functional enhancements, including full-height custom carpentry for improved storage, a reconfigured kitchen for better workflow, and concealed utility zones that streamline the overall visual experience without disrupting the home’s simplicity.
